Tbh yes you're just 15/16 so build some strength and endurance from bodyweight training, and it will benefits you later in life once you're starting weightlifting

Stallone was on roids and you aren't a man. Kylie jenner hit the gym, she lifts weight, especially to grow the lower body

I would never think so,simply because if you want bigger glutes you should add a bit of weight to your workout it dosen’t have to be much in order to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. And waist exercises make your waist bigger because they do the opposite as to reducing volume.

more detail is needed? what are your aesthetic goals specifically? both workouts will objectively strengthen both core and glutes so im guessing you mean something else
