i have heard about k2 combined with calcium , magnesium and vitamin d are very good for bone growth but finding vitamin k2 in foods is very hardyes, like vitamin d, k2, calcium, zinc, iron, etc etc.
edit: and dairy, meat (lean ones ideally like chicken breast), fish, vegetables, and fruit are some of the best ways to get them.
it's in aged cheeses and egg yolks, also beef liver iirc. u could also just buy a supplement / multivitamin.i have heard about k2 combined with calcium , magnesium and vitamin d are very good for bone growth but finding vitamin k2 in foods is very hard
yep, tho it's mainly if ur deficient. most accurate method for predicting height is khamis-roche, sadly vitamins alone won't do much. if something like mid-parental says ur gonna be 5'10" ur almost certainly gonna be around there plus or minus 2 inches (unless there's some freak recessed / unexpressed genes).yes
vitamins and such are found in pretty much every single food and from the sun, they're gonna help you with different processes in ur body and some are gonna help with bones/growth especially early puberty thats why malnourished kids dont end up as tall as they're supposed to be
mhm, but if they're deficient in vitamins then they're probably also deficient in protein and other stuff considering they all come in food together, meaning they barely eat in general, that's why its so dangerousyep, tho it's mainly if ur deficient. most accurate method for predicting height is khamis-roche, sadly vitamins alone won't do much. if something like mid-parental says ur gonna be 5'10" ur almost certainly gonna be around there plus or minus 2 inches (unless there's some freak recessed / unexpressed genes).
