Nah it makes the law seem emotion driven, instead they should be given a life sentence

Life is worse than death but with how much the system let's evil people free or off the hook death penalty is necessary

personally i believe in the death penalty
Hard answer, in general I think there's stuff someone should get killed for, but do you really want to give any government the power to decide who's worthy to live or not? Especially cuz they have to make up proofs to get people killed who are innocent or for bad investigations

yeah ofc it depends on the governement, corrupt governemnts can easily exploit the death penalty i agree.

I'm against it.
In really extreme special cases it should be allowed but life sentence is always worse for the person

IDK if i commented before, and I don't care whether I did or nah

But Life sentece >>

Very against, corrupt governments can use it as a way to execute its political opponents, by framing them for something they didn’t do

Really depends, sometimes it just isn’t worth keeping some of the most evil people on earth alive when your taxes go into their food and services but at the same time the presumption of innocence can still be applied beyond the trial’s decision, so idk.

against
