Hello guys,In this thread i will tell you my ascension plan. If you think anything is wrong or if you wanna add
something to it to help me go on. I hope this can also help someone if they want they can follow my plan also. I will start my journey Tomorrow
(Also i recommend listening to music while reading!)
ASCENSION PLAN
1:Eye Area
First im gonna have to take care of my eye area, which is very important, because everytime i meet someone new, the first thing i notice about them is there eyes.
EYEBROWS- Castor oil 2x a day,
when they have grown shape them symmetrycally
EYELASHES-Nanolash serum 1x a day,curl them with eyelash curler (buy an eyelash curler for your eyeshape)
EYEBAGS-koffein eye serum 1x a day, Good sleep!, tea bags under eyes 1x a week
EYEMASSAGE- Massage your eyes with a gua sha or with your hands.(daily) Explanation this video:
2: Jawline
-chew hard gum with :
incisors 5 min (game changer)
molars 10 min
-gua sha (trussst its not cope,if u do it right)
-ice roller to depuff (also under eyes)
-Neck curls (3x 10)
-eat healthy
-sleep correctly (search on tt)
3:Skin
-3 L water a day ( it seems much at first but set yourself a timers like: 8am 2 glasses water, 10 am 2 glasses water,...) this will help ur skin and ur health much trust
-Ik everybody says that but really eat healthy! You can ofcourse treat yourself at times but prioritize eating the best you can!
-Vitamin C serum: is really great for evening out skin tone, protecting against free radicals, brightening dark spots, and supporting collagen production for firmer skin. I’d recommend Vitamin C serum like La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C10 (good for beginners, sensitive skin) or CeraVe Vitamin C Serum (affordable, hydrating); if you want something stronger, Skinceuticals C E Ferulic is the gold standard but pricey.

-If u have acne many recommend accutane but i can not say anything to accutane because i never experienced it.
-moisturising cream: I REALLY recommed : Beauty of joseon dynasty cream it makes my skin like glass
4:Lips
-Nothing complex tbh, i'll just use 1-2 drops of volufiline daily
5:Supplements:

6:Health & Body
-I will be in a calorie surplus, because i want to gain weight
-as little processed food as i can
-eating things Lots of potassium for example :banana, coconut water ,Nuts,Tomatoes,...
-Workout,Play a sport,Go jogging/walking

Guys im not talking bs here! You always have to be positive and never think about what other say for example what people online say to you. You are doing this for yourself! You are Maxing out your Potential in a natural way!I hope you guys stay healthy and this is my first guide so sorry if its not that good u guys can add into it and heres a bible Verse at the end:
