you can get OBO but I wouldn't recommend it

What type of asymmetry? Is one eye higher then the other? Are they tilted diffrently? If one eye is higher then the other if its not extreme fixing your eyebrows can help since that usually is also effected with this type of asymmetry.
I would recommend to grow them out derma roll them use some sorta oils idfk and go to a professional waxer

One eye is tilted in a more negative direction, I look weird and have a terrible complex

I also have eye asymmetry. There’s no softmaxx for it the only option is orbital box osteotomy.
