Day 5 of my cutting regimen after 4 months of bulking and adding weight. I think I’m actually doing pretty well. When I started there was no definition in my stomach whatsover, now it’s slowly getting back to baseline. Obviously not yet ripped again. Gonna enjoy some lean beef brisket and Ben and jerrys now as a post cardio meal.
Who can guess my overall body weight based on my stomach definition?
(don’t mind the date, machine has been off for a while and I can’t be arsed adjusting it)
