Yo !

21M here, I've been on and around looksmaxing forums for a while but unfortunately it seems as if people aren't as interested in hardmaxxing (surgery) as much now. I'd be interested to discuss more about surgeries here, particularly the costs, travel, recovery and the types of procedures.
