i just did a seated row machine and after resting i felt pain in my back which i never felt before, felt good tbh. i used to do pullups and only felt it in certain spots. i also did some bicep curls but it was so bad, i could barely do it and couldnt do a set of hammer curls jfl, calisthenics is so shit for arms
 
Different though cuz it isnt physically straining
isnt it though? sweating, dilated pupils, rapidly beating heart, tensing. might not be on the same level muscles wise, but it still evokes a powerful physical response. and for a reason, we are scared because there is a threat

thats why people go on roller coasters and watch horror movies
i have never been on a roller coaster or watched a horror movie, too scared for that shit. i did go on a ride that goes really high and drops down fast though, was scared as fuck, only did it cause of peer pressure in middle school
