A woman's beauty is at her peak between 16-21. From 25 onwards, their looks fade. Those girls are the best who are still in school (I mean high school).

I have seen that. The best looking girls of my school days now look like aunties (I am 27, they must be now 25-28)

Women have longer lives than men but they age faster. A man's looks starts to fade around late 30s.
