my career mixes art with other things (filmmaking that goes beyond cinema like advertising) and in one of the art subjects of today teacher asked if someone in the classroom felt in peace, and I was the only one raising my hand. After some minutes of more yapping he asked if someone there was happy, and only three of us raised our hands. Two people said that happiness doesn't exist, and I got asked by the teacher why I raised my hand in both situations and I said I was happy on being able to study and I felt lucky I had my foods and a house to live in at it sounded like surprising some people chuckled. The university I go is known by having middle class students or above, these people really think they are sad or depressed because they struggle with being motivated to study for an exam.
Emos and edgys were the exception, the clowns when I was a kid. Now everybody wants to be sad so bad, blackpill probably went viral last year because of that, but I'll remain strong
