being nice

i litteraly can’t see any advantage to ruining someone’s day or being mean for no reason.
everyday i see people like this, online or irl.

i like being nice to people and polite. it doesn’t cost me anything and makes you more likable.

by this i’ve befriended so many new people and other high value connections. (ex: fixed a phone for a big bussines owner in my citiy, owns apartments and others, met him through family and now he invited me to christmas with his family, and he paid me more than it was worth. i’m now friends with his son) just one example but still.

maybe it’s just me, and that’s okay, but in my experience i’ve only benefited from it.

holy truth bomb lol. the amount of times i see people hating on others for literally no reason is crazy, especially on forums like this where the goal is to be a better version of urself

exactly
looks are a huge part of life but another big one is connections and the people you surround yourself with. if you have the right ones around you you can get far. that’s what i’m doing
