If you have the resources available and are simply scared of plastic surgery then maybe you just prioritize other things above your physical appearance and that’s valid

Plastic surgery is such a huge industry with endless resources and research being poured into, there are so many more things to be scared of such as living in a constant low inflammation state from eating UPFS day and night for decades on end or your city getting Hiroshima-ed.

obv for example jaw surgery/bimax can take 8-12 weeks to recover and be able to consume a vast diet
