If you have actual hyperpigmentation that give you dark circles then get any color corrector for the base and for the concealer use haus labs

recessed infras can’t be fixed by makeup but a good concealer can help a little, specifically a pot concealer since they’re thicker and have more coverage while using less product

Have you tried using dark spot creams under your eyes

i have the same thing but it’s cuz i’m south/west asian so it’s genetic
i’ve been using maybelline fit me concealer and powder and it works fine

i’ve had dark circles for as long as i can remember and i mean i’ve used discoloration serums and shit
they’ve fixed the rest of my hyperpigmentation on my face but not under my eyes so it could be recession but again it covers well with makeup so i don’t bother anymore

ive had luck with milk's hydro concealer. if your undereyes are purple/bluish you should use a small amount of color corrector first though and make sure to moisturise so it doesnt crease
