1. Clearing your skin - if you have acne you'll automatically be seen as subhuman unless you're already above average looking
2. Weight loss
3. Minox - improves colouring, dimo, health markers, etc.
4. Fixing colouring - people on here underrate how big of a difference this makes
5. Training neck
6. Hairstyling
7. Teeth whitening
8. Hydrocortisone (and other creams) for nose

Anything else = not worth doing (I'd even argue hydrocortisone is very low roi)

hydro is big time cope
never really seen any actual results
fixing coloring as in what?
add dht blockers for ppl going through balding early
debloating gives results

I think you have to cycle multiple uses for any actual results

Contacts, skin whitening or tanning, hair and brow dye, exfoliating lips and overall taking care of them, etc.

Not real
i've yet to see anyone post proof of actual improvement from hydro
idk if contacts are really usable for guys, at least not long term

what do you mean not real?
water retention due to sodium or water stored in glycogen is not real?

Debloating isn't real, lose weight, take diuretics or kill/remove the fat
