best surgeon for trimax

I've done a little bit of research and i have seen that ramieri is a good surgeon for trima sailor too and some people said that safi botched poeple same for alfaro and pagnoni ,also is raffaini good and please tell me if there are other surgeons better or at their levels who's better and how to find good surgeons.

i just started to search for it obvioulsy i am not gonna know exactly ,that why i'm asking but it look like both ramieri and raffaini would do a good j*b and sailer is to pricy if you compare him to them for the price/results, but i just want some other people view on this because i don't want to get botched or to pay for nothing
