my face is always really puffy in the morning when i wake up. something thats helped me a lot is doing cardio first thing in the morning. i go to the gym right when i wake up and do my incline walk and sweating seems to snatch my face up. anyone else have any other tips

Fill the wash basin with cold water and ice cubes, along with sliced cucumber, hold your breath and dip your face in it, hold for about ten seconds or whatever you can, and repeat dunking a few times.

It’s a thing. Helped when I had been drinking all night and had to wear a police uniform and arrest people.
