Just bsso prolly

Getting both bimax and a genio usually gives a better result. If you just move the jaw and chin forward, it can look off because the maxilla stays recessed. A rhinoplasty could also help balance things out

Feel free to make this as solution

Get trimax, so upper and lower jaw surgery + a genioplasty. Will fully fix you!

Bimax + genio would be better
If you only fix the jaw and the chin it will look weird since the maxilla is still recessed
and maybe rhino would be good too
