The reason why black albinos appear to have really large noses is because its unusual seeing a white person with black people nostrils. If you painted a black albino with brown paint he would just look like a normal black person without the abnormal nose. Because black people usually have wider and bigger noses. People with large nostrils look better as black and thats why most black albinos look ugly.
