No, not at all. The black “slaves” who were “enslaved” in africa before colonisation era were not all slaves by definition. Being a slave was a formal choice people would make in exchange for hospitality. Of course there were also slaves who didnt want to be slaves. Those slaves were later sold by african masters to europeans as business. Then europeans started taking them without the business part.
