and no im not talking about when ur eye does that weird laggy thing
im talking about when someone blinks in a very robotic uncanny way
they blink but it looks forced
I think its a tic or something?
could it be genetic
im trying to research about it because some guy in my class has it and I remember someone in my old school used to have it too
im seeing it more often Im also pretty sure the heir to the throne of Japan has it (prince akishino)
