Despite my efforts to looksmaxx (which have worked) I am still high ltn at best, however after getting rid of my social anxiety and learning how to acc socialise I realised that I get noticed more by girls and get treated with a lot more respect and status

Not saying that redpill/blackpill is wrong it's just that learning how to talk and how to be yourself is important as well <3

I will drop tutorial on how to use the bluepill effectively if you guys want but if not have nice day
