Do you know if it's hormonal or comes from an allergy? What helped me when I had pretty intense shoulders acne was apply Cetaphil and coconut oil but I can't guarantee it will work on your case. Since it covers a lot of your body your best shot would be to go see a dermatologist.

Recently like the past month ive been having a very painful itching randomly every single day in my upper body and face and my skin becomes red idk if it’s allergy cus i never had one i think i need to visit a skin professional
