Anyway to build and increase muscle mass to an leaner look overall? just saying lower bf% and increasing mm%. I mostly carry weight on my legs rather than other part of my body, and I have been thinking maybe if I build some lean muscle on my legs I can get my thighs to look somewhat lean/toned or smaller even.
I am on an body recomp which I try to get my protein intake everyday and i'm doing body weight strength training at home then later go the gym since last time I went maybe months ago was hard to even lift 2 lbs fr 💔
