Bone broth is actually good for quality of life in my opinion.

I haven't tried it but I follow a guy on ig who ate bone broth (it was more like jello) during a recovery for bone fracture. He got good in like 2-3 weeks.
It seems promising.

That's cool! I'm just staying on it for how good it is, I know I'm glazing it hard but man it's great even outside of looksmaxxing.
