Shallow vs deep canine fossa. The right one basically doesn’t have enough bone protrusion in his midface to form a uniform looking face

Can it be related to the maxilla projection too? Like the guy on the right would have a lower maxilla and a le fort can help change that correct?

Maybe, Im not sure. Imo the difference between two isn’t that drastic and you should defo shouldn’t consider getting lefort just for shallow canine fossa
