You'll get used to trying and failing, or maybe desensitized is a better word. When I first was training myself to learn how to socialize I failed multiple times at first. The first few times were cringe inducing, but I kept going, until the embarrassment I got from failing was minimal. I do still feel a minimal amount of embarrassment at my failures, but I just genuinely laugh off my mess-ups now, because it really isn't that serious.
