Some ppl can’t track correctly and actually underestimate what they eat, they end up eating in a slight caloric surplus. When they were trying to eat at maintenance. If u ate at ur maintenance forever, you’d do a little recomp. But you can’t expect to get to 200lbs from 160 by eating at ur maintenance..
