Since around February i’ve been trying to eat less/healthier food and get into a consistent workout routine at home since i don’t really have time for the gym. I was doing pretty well around then but now i find it hard to workout since stress from exams are crazy and i’ve been binging rly unhealthy foods but other days i consistently count my calories and eat around 1700 calories. it sucks not being in a continuous rhythm but i am also 16 and super stressed at the moment. can someone give me some tips on how to stop this weird cycle and kinda bully me into eating less/ healthier food and working out? i’m at 60kg now but want to get to about 54kg.

Add me on discord I’ll do personal coaching, same username as here

tbh w binging best actual solution is either using appetite suppressants or finding the root cause and fixing it 🤷‍♀️ that’s what helped me stop but it’s difficult

If you bully yourself to do thing, you will remain negative and thinking poorly of you and being angry or sad. Life that way is miserable. Instead, before improving in that, maybe, it would be better to find ways to be healthy mentally

Nobody loves a fat girl (over 50kg)

Get hot or get cheated on, also adding moral stuff to food might make you think about it more which can worsen binging but some pressure to stay accountable helps

You already won't be at your goal for summer even if you change ur habits maybe you'll atleast lose some tho ?
she can easily reach her goals by loosing 6kgs by June? If she’s in a strict calorie deficit, gets her 10k steps daily and works out atleast 3 days a week.

Working out makes you infertile as a woman and makes you uglier, just take a GLP-1 Agonist if you have issues with diet, you don't want to get too lean because that is dangerous for women due to their primary hormone being estrogen. Fat cells contain aromatase which convert testosterone to estrogen, with little fat cells you will not only see an increase of testosterone but a decrease in estrogen, causing your skin to look worse, hair to look worse, infertility or premature menopause, lower sex drive all common.

Also women have less muscle, which makes lower bodyfat % appear like they are higher, with men we have bigger muscles naturally in which they bulge out making our bodies appear more sculpted which gives the illusion like we are lower bodyfat % when we are not.

This is from a roidmaxxer on .org, give me a thumbs up dear huzz

There is a sweet spot where working out allows you to burn calories so you don't need to starve to stay thin and also lets you build nice hips and shoulders to fraud a nicer better shape, but a lot of women will overdue it and end up getting so obsessed that they get disordered

I agree, I don't do cardio though I just walk which burns like 1000cal, cardio is insanely stressful especially when stacked with weightlifting, from an ancestral standpoint this makes sense, cardio is just mimicking a human running away from a threat.

For muscles, you do not want wider shoulders at all, that is man trait since wide shoulders = wider clavicles which is seen in men who have high T levels and AR activity in the clavicles during puberty and later adolescence.

Hamstrings and glutes should be your no.1 even though I'm not an ass guy, but if you wanna cope trying to get a fatter ass then that should be what you should focus on, you will also minimize your stress levels at the gym since you aren't targeting much
