i have upgraded dad bodyAny n***a with more than 2 braincells know, for looksmaxxing and female gaze, that calisthenics, weighted bodyweight training, gymnastics and so on, are the best tools to build an aesthetic pleasing body (for women eyes)
Of course you can build a similar body at the gym using weights & machines
Bench is overrated, weighted push-ups and weighted dips mog imo
