Hello to everyone!
I've just got one specific insecurity that always gets me caught up.
I am unable to see part of my risorius and my levator anguli orus due to having very large and elastic cheeks likely from taking such large bites when eating for the entirety of my life compounded with over an inch of overbite as a child. Really any advice I can get to decrease the perception my cheeks have on my face would be appreciated.

getting lean as much is your only chance+debloat which wont be consistent

I usually fluctuate between 10-14 percent body fat and I only went leaner than that once but it came with a loss of 15lbs most of which was muscle mass so it didn't look good to me and unfortunately I don't remember if it had any change to my cheeks. Solid advice with what I gave you though

I'm stuck when it comes to more mass cause I put high priority on distance running at a quick pace and as soon as I put on enough mass to get filled out more I run just slow enough that I can notice the change. Puts me at ~10-15 seconds slower in a one mile so on a 5k or half marathon it's really noticeable. Should I just say fuck it though?

just quit and play football then u will get bitches
That's true I play soccer and I did play American football in hs (which I assume you're referring to) but I couldn't go further than d3 with it where soccer offered me d2 scholarships so I made a choice.
