Can i change my body shape?

Im lowkey like a box i dont have any curves and i have hipdips.
Is there anyway i can maybe train my legs and hips to maybe turn into a pear shape is that even possible?

If you have wide ribcage (wide waist) I’m sorry but you can’t change it

As far as hips you can train certain muscles to make hips looks better

I dont have a wide ribcage but i have narrow hips and carry fat in my stomach so my thighs and hips and glutes are small
 
there isnt much u can do for ur hips without surgery, even doing glute minimus workouts is gonna grow ur outer glutes but it wont add much to ur hips. training quads and glutes will help tho, i can send u my split if u want. if u want ur waist to look smaller also train upper body along with legs so ur waist looks smaller in comparison
 
losing weight may help your waist to appear smaller, also you can wear a compression device for waist

one thing that does change hip width is high levels of hormone called relaxin that is produced during pregnancy though

do lipo filling into the areas you want to be fat and take the fat from the areas you wand to be skinny

I heard women wear hip tightening corset after pregnancy to make hips narrower again

I think the same can be done for feet?

Oh really? Hmm, since its just ligaments you could potentially get it compressed again but idk how comfortable this would be when you need feet for walking

Wait i just asked myself why women would be wanting hip compressing corsets, since wide hips are considered desirable. Does it widen their hoohah?

you can wear a waist trainer/corset if you're already on your healthy weight, and lose weight if needed

You can with consistency and effort, I've done it.

Calorie deficit (with enough protein) + cardio and weight training + posture and mobility exercises first. A resistance band and using the hip abductor machine made my hip dips unnoticeable.

Then you can start using a steel boned corset (which will make the biggest difference in your shape). Buy a quality one and steadily increase your daily wear time and tightness. Reddit r/corsets will help. You should have a relatively flat stomach if you want it to really work though.

Heard it might decrease muscle strength with too much use, what would you say is a good in between

Im quite small stature wise (25 waist 36 hip) but im wondering if this would help me in any way, id like something like a 23-24 waist while increasing glutes

At my peak I used it for 4 hours a day. Have never slept in it or went over that number... though I felt like I could without consequence. It was enough to make a significant change without interfering with my health. Now I wear it only when I work out (so 40 minutes to 1 hour daily) for maintenance. Have had zero issues.

Everyone is different so I would experiment and see how you feel, but that should be a good reference since my measurements were close to yours when I began.

LOL I look much taller in photographs than I am because of proportions.

If you get a good corset and are consistent with everything you should be able to get to 20-21in with zero complications.

You could look into iliac crest implants to hardmaxx, that's what I think about doing in the future. I have some curves but my shoulders are too damn broad and I envy pear girls so much :sadge:

not much but you can train other parts to hide it
