I had a cross bite that interfered with my facial growth can I recover after getting braces and none surgical expansion?

but yes orthodontic treatment will probably help

also look into neurocranial restructuring for sphenoid repositioning

and build up good habits of posture, plus do all the cope things like sleep on your back and all that
 
get braces and elastics
also i would recommend getting rid of facial hair and the unibrow part

it pushes the mandible foward and the maxilla back a little. but the maxilla pushback is little. the focus is on bringing the mandible foward
