Id rather suggest drinking lots of water, havibg good sleep, drinking electrolytes and having a cleaner diet
Rather than starving

First you gotta be the right bf% then lots of water, get good sleep, up potassium intake, lower sodium intake (make sure you still get sodium) , lower carb intake

From own experience it does work but it doesnt last long if u just go back to your old ways of eating after and if ur fat don’t even bother

yes. but eat a lil bit with little salt and without any sugar for energy and then go running and do lymph drainage and ice and u will be debloated asf
