Its not gonna get nearly as much activation if you only chew on one side. Yes it takes time, it’s muscle it doesn’t grow in a second. No you cannot inject anything or do random shit to help it grow faster, otherwise bodybuilders wouldn’t train for 15 years and take shit ton of steroids to step on the Olympia.

You can try fillers but it won’t replicate the look(it actually looks much better with fillers). But your jaw constantly moves so fillers have higher chances of migration there
