Yes, this is my biggest insecurity. I am only 16 so surgery is off the table for a few years; I need a at home fix
Keeping your eyebrows straight (the tail end) from falling too low will make your eyes appear optically higher. Even brushing your eyebrows slightly upwards will break that "downward pull" effect on your face.

Sleeping with a high pillow and massaging the eye area with cold water (or an ice pack) in the mornings helps to tighten the tissue, making the angle appear more neutral.
You can do these things at home.

But you're only 16, and your facial bones (especially the maxilla and orbital bones) will continue to develop forward until your early twenties. As in the case of Hernán Drago, this feature doesn't make you...

This feature gives the face a more "melancholy" or "calm" look, which many consider an aesthetic preference. It looks quite harmonious with the existing facial features (jawline and cheekbones).
In very rare and extreme cases, this angle can be altered with surgical procedures such as "Canthoplasty" or "Canthopexy". However, in a masculine and characteristic face like the one in the photograph, such interventions can often distort the natural expression. Does this seem ugly to you?

As in the case of Hernán Drago, this feature doesn't make you 'flawed,' but rather someone with an unconventional and characteristic charisma. In aesthetics, 'perfection' is boring, while 'characteristic' is memorable. I think you should think about this carefully.
