Like for most ppl the eye focuses automatically just like a camera lens since it’s inspired by the eye

But some ppl can unfocus and focus again on command so if u look at ur phone can u blur it on command?

yeah

I do it sometimes when I need to think clearly, it helps when there's too much going on infront of me, but it doesn't help enough for me to use it instinctually

Yes , i have complete controle over ly body. , i can imagine any imagery in my mind no matter the complexity and can talk within ly mind aswell. I can imagine whole pages of books i’ve memorised.
