a bit of an awkward angle to judge on but you’re not ugly. i would personally suggest to grow eyebrows out if you’re currently thinning or plucking them, maybe wispier more natural eyelashes (if you're wearing falsies or clusters), and a thinner line of eyeliner. a more pinkish lip tint or stain (benefit lip tint is my personal favorite) you could also try a lip plumper to make your lips fuller. i also feel like a blowout would look good on you or soft curls.
