the picture I showed I was probably a stone less, which is 6kg or more man. Still was skinny fat at that weight so that gives me some hope.

This forum doesn’t talk about it enough but RTT is a somewhat reliable last resort. U might not appeal to the women ur into but it’s an option nonetheless, especially if u aren’t a teramanlet like myself
