I try to get my tongue on the roof my mouth it blocks my airway and I cant breathe unless I drop the back of my tongue slightly and I can't make my tongue airtight so I have to keep pushing all day long

I have tried to talk to multiple orthodontists and they are retarded they refuse to give me one because its "unnecessary and I can live without it" but I have found another orthodontist who has experience with marpe and am gonna visit him soon

sorry for replying to you alot but I also have a reccesed chin or jaw? cant till which one is it. but when I smile I am able to see my chin so am guessing its my mandible? is there anything I can ask the orthodontist for if am still 16.5?
