I got canthoplasty and canthopexy. My first cantho failed due to bad bone attachment so i got pexy and the difference is the pexy brings the lower lid to meet the upper lid (not moving the muscle tendon). Plasty is more invasive and moves the muscle tendon completely repositioning it where you want and what’s anatomically possible ( I recommend bonedrill cause that’s where they attach it to the skull so the results are permenant and they can raise it how much you want. After i heal from this i will be getting it.)

Can you share more about your experience with ptosis correction surgery ? I kinda need it

Looks good but I feel like you should show both eyes for your after results to show that the ptosis is fixed
