So i'm tryna lose belly fat. i eat mainly all whole foods but, i heard cutting carbs is the best way to actually burn fat. True or False? I've tried literally almost everything. I'm relatively skinny for a girl, so it's hopefully not like i need to lose anymore weight. >< lmk
Whhat do you eat as carbs ? Try to reducing it and add more volume vegetables

The best would be to track your calories and make sure to be in a deficit. However, if you’re underage, I wouldn’t recommend eating in a low calorie diet as your body needs much more energy than an adult to grow. Is it possible to know your age and current body fat percentage ?

I agree but being obese messes up growth more tho

carbs spike insulin higher than other foods and insulin makes u hungry so it can make it a little more difficult to lose weight

yeah low carb keto diet, just make sure to eat eggs and meat
 
Oats are ass eat more fruit, potatoes are good cause high volume, low calorie and good nutritionally. Carrots are also pretty mogger. At the end of the day calorie deficit is law for weight loss and everything else is pretty much cope

best way is caloric deficit, aim for macros: 30% protein 40% carbs 30% fat
 
At the end of the day calorie deficit is law for weight loss and everything else is pretty much cope
depends, mostly the difference between cal deficit and keto diet is minimal, but keto is slightly better, about 5% more weightloss, and calorie counting might not work for everyone
