The best would be to track your calories and make sure to be in a deficit. However, if you’re underage, I wouldn’t recommend eating in a low calorie diet as your body needs much more energy than an adult to grow. depends, mostly the difference between cal deficit and keto diet is minimal, but keto is slightly better, about 5% more weightloss, and calorie counting might not work for everyoneAt the end of the day calorie deficit is law for weight loss and everything else is pretty much cope
