Ok so i have started applying castor oil on my eyelashes and eyebrows although i have a very thick and dense eyebrow my eye lashes are subpower, will it actually help or is it js some copefuel?

You wont see results in just 3 weeks, it takes consistency I saw results after a few months but its different for everyone

Scalp hair and eyebrows hair are genetically different. One is fcked-up by DHT while the other turns terminal and never fall off. Minox on eyebrow is safe if you use a stainless steel roll-on so it doesn't drip in your eye
