Okay since everyone keeps telling me to keep chewing on my premolars (the teeth after the canine ones?) i was wondering what that actually does and why i should do so. Also how long? should i chew EVERYTHING and EVERYTIME on my premolars? i want to know the effect and if i should buy a shit load of gum just to do that in hopes of getting better because i'm genuinely so tired of having to look in the mirror everyday.

Chewing just grows the masseters with muscle hypertrophy ,don't chew everytime because there's a risk of jaw fatigue and injury, if it hurts or your jaw is exhausted just stop chewing.
