New to the forum have some questions about chewing. Been chewing for about 2 weeks(currently the second week) I was recommended 5-3 days with two to 4 days of rest to avoid TMJ but I was wondering how to chew properly. I learned that keeping the mouth closed while chewing is essential but I’m wondering if chewing with the front teeth to stimulate both massateurs(idk how to spell that) or chewing with back teeth to stimulate a individual massateur the switching back and forth is correct.
