will genio be enough because i'm not sure if trimax will be better for me or if it will be better to do genio and mandibular implants or firt do trimax and after implants?Because i don't know if bmax would give significant results and i don't want to pay more for nothing if i need to do implants after that like mandibular zygos fat transfer for eye area...

It's not a major issue in all honest u probably need to focus on fixing ur front more + rhino is a must have

Yeah it's a failo I'm not saying it's not but u shouldn't be trying to hardmaxx everything and ur side is in an average range so I don't see why you'd get surgery this extreme for it

the results from fat grafting are often unpredictable (like you could need multiple sessions for example), while the surgeon can just add the implants during the bimax
