His newest video was very interesting. I mean science based lifting is a little too broad considering every single person is different and has different muscle insertions and skeletal lengths.

But regardless his video hit on all the basics and principles that I never really considered in my own gym journey. I never really focused on how loading plates differently can affect the moment arms and neuromechanical matching because I never really thought about it that hard.

anyways DNR this is just a bunch of ramblings and it all really comes down to “just lift”
