I’m looking for long-term benefits that genuinely enhance my brain, rather than just offering a temporary surge in focus (like modafinil). Suggest ones that are easily available on sites such as Amazon and also share how long did it take for you to get noticeable results and what was the extent of it.

++ I am also taking Vitamin B12 and D 60k iu for different reasons (deficient because I am veg)

I personally like caffeine and nicotine as a nootropic, I wanted to try racetams, semax, bromantane, modafinil and adhd meds such as adderall and Ritalin

atm i have propranolol and memantine on the way, not a nootropic but its good for lowering inhibition

Also op consider using a choline source such as cap choline or alpha gpc

extremely toxic
my doctor gave me these though because I have a deficiency of them
one microshot of vitamin d 60k iu for 4 weeks and some other medicines (3-4) to further fulfill the deficiency of vitamin b12 and D

I am veg + I don't have leisure, the only time I am free is during night.

Havent done any sort of nootropic except stimulants since i was diagnosed. I dont know much about them in depth

I will list what i do know - alzheimer's is essentially a form of cerebral diabetes (oversimplication) since there is a decrease of glucose or reaction to glucose in the brain (?). Lion's mane is known to help w alzheimers by reversing this issue and by proxy it actually is apparently good for actual diabetes too. So if we go by this reasoning the best kind of natural legitimate nootropic would be a diet that's optimised to prevent diabetes. Fiber, dietary supps, whatevs.

CB2R (?) agonists increase glucose uptake in the brain and food that increases agonists are herbs lile lemon balm, oregano, cinnamon, cloves, hops, black pepper, etc.

Best to do this diet way. There is another hypothetical which i don't exactly recommend you do which is directly buy a CB2R agonist, the one i see used in studies is JWH 133 and it's like $50/mg. Studies use rats and they inject it directly into their abdominal cavity because finding a vein on a rat would be a bitch but you could probably inject it intravenously and have the same effect. But i have no idea what dosages are okay and the dangers of this.

EDIT: looks like JBH 133 doesn't exactly pass through the blood brain barrier (apparently you can find veins on rats) so that's a no to intravenous. You'd have to snort it to get it to the brain that way. It also apparently reduces the efficacy of stimulants significantly so don't take adderall with it i guess
