why can't we upload .pdf / epub files? seems silly to not take advantage of that medium for longer botb threads and sharing books / info in general.

It's great, the only downside is that it takes like 90 seconds before you can download a book (you can buy premium for it to be instant)

I believe it's enabled on by default, so Dean might've manually disabled them. I'm pretty sure I've seen users upload PDFs though. It might be the file size that you're struggling with.

ok yeah I'm hallucinating it's just book formats that don't work
