I have wicked high cortisol levels and its fucking up my face making it puffy and have acne what do I do save me guys

go to a doctor so they can help you but start journey, do things you like, hobbies and try producing the happiness hormones(search up on google “how to produce health hormones”, they will teach you how to produce each of them and it will help manage cortisol)
