Goal: Forward growth of the maxilla

Would this excersise work when craniofacial bones aren’t fused yet?

Excersise:
Your tongue goes near the upper pallate and applies maximum pressure with the top of the tongue on the green/turquoise
Line i drew. After you touched the line you hold a suction on the pallate with your tongue while pushing and applying maximum pressure with the top of the tongue on the line.

While you push with the tongue you activate and flex other jaw muscles like the masseter and hyoid (hyoid flexed upwards)(masseter gets worked anyways since the tongue applies maximum pressure pressure the masseters obviously going to get activated by that )

Yeah except you instead of only exerting upwards pressure your focusing more on forward pressure to have more maxillary forward projection
The tongues far too weak and your maxila is far too strong you couldn't apply enough pressure to do shit

Why would it be too strong if xor applying decent pressure overtime? It’s not about how much force but how long you do it and how well it adapts
